The Synchronicity Salon

The Synchronicity Salon is a monthly night of creative expression held in our arts studio.  It began in January 2010 as a safe space for the folks of Synchronicity and our friends to share finished or unfinished works of art, poetry, song, or any form of creative release.  The idea was to encourage people in the community to create, share, and hear thoughts or ideas from fellow creative souls.  It has since expanded, and we have enjoyed works of musicians, poets, storytellers, palindromists, historians, novelists, ramblers, gamblers, painters, filmmakers, drunks, fathers, mothers, lovers, dreamers, and psychedelic clowns from all over this land!

On the first Friday evening of each month, you’ll find a crowd of lovely folks gathering around the Synchronicity LA studio.  Around 6:30 pm, we usually potluck and share our food and conversation.  A list will be roaming around, with 20 spots to fill (10 amplified acts, an intermission, followed by 10 acoustic acts)  As 8 pm nears, we pile into the studio and are greeted by our lovely host of the evening.  From there.. anything goes!

The salon is open to ANYONE to share ANYTHING.  And, of course, you are more than welcome to come by as a curious little fly on the wall if you’d like.  We hope to see you there!
